Abiding and Free

Abiding and Free longs to see women living the abundant life in Christ confident of their identity in him and allowing them to bear much fruit for the kingdom of God. We are in a constant state of spiritual battle along with the pulls of the world, and I am called to encourage women, in their various roles and places, to abide in Christ and walk in his freedom in everyday life. This is primarily accomplished through coaching and speaking rooted in biblical truth, prayer, humility, empathy, authenticity, and joy in the Lord.

Alongside my husband Kyle, we have spent over 15 years in vocational ministry serving in youth ministry, as overseas missionaries in Slovenia and the Czech Republic, and with Kyle in the role of Executive Pastor of our church. I have worked with women of all ages encouraging them and pointing them to Jesus amidst the challenges of daily life while continually learning and drawing closer to Jesus myself. It is my passion and calling to share what I’m learning and see women living abiding and free!
