Hi… We are Chris and Marla Schmaltz

We met in youth ministry in the 1980’s and have been in ministry and on mission together since that time.

Our passion for teens and raising up leaders to pour into them is still as strong as ever. As we’ve processed our experiences over the past four decades, we feel God is prompting our hearts to establish.

We are dedicated to helping youth leaders and their teams live well and lead well for Jesus, while fully embracing their calling in ministry, in their marriages and in their families.

Connecting: Building meaningful and caring relationships with youth leaders, providing a safe space to share struggles, joys, and everyday life.

- Coaching: Engaging in ongoing conversations that help leaders to fulfill their God-given potential.

- Collectives: Curating group gatherings for shared learning, inspiration and encouragement.

- Collaborations: Utilizing the body of Christ as caregivers and mentors to youth leaders and their spouses.

~In addition, we provide coaching and mentoring specifically tailored for young adults, helping them navigate their journey and achieve their goals.
